3. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and valid information and documents. CorrectWork will not be responsible for delays, rejections, penalties, or losses caused by false information, missing documents, expired documents, or late submissions from the client.
The client must also inform CorrectWork of any previous visa refusals, legal issues, immigration history, or other information that may affect the application.
4. Fees and Payments
Service fees, government fees, third-party charges, and payment terms will be shared with the client before starting the selected service.
Payments made to CorrectWork are for consultation, coordination, documentation, and service support. Government fees, embassy fees, legal fees, translation fees, courier fees, or third-party charges may be separate unless clearly stated.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, will depend on the service agreement, stage of work completed, and third-party costs already paid. Fees may not be refundable once consultation, document preparation, application processing, appointment booking, submission, or third-party coordination has started.
6. User Representation
By accessing the site, you affirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old;
- Any information submitted by you will not violate the rights of any third party (including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property). Users under the age of 18 must not register or use the site.

CorrectWork shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of government, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, or disruption to government or embassy services.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Rules, with the seat of arbitration in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). This clause does not apply where a separate written agreement between CorrectWork and a client specifies a different dispute resolution mechanism.
